From Canvas to Cloud – The Digital Art Revolution of the 21st Century
Our world is rapidly changing through technologies such as artificial intelligence, immersive media and virtual spaces. Art becomes both a mirror and a guide, addressing questions of digital identity, human relationships, and the power of algorithms. How will our society continue to evolve, and how is technologisation transforming art?
In this panel, experts from international institutions will discuss current developments in digital art and the relevance these transformations hold for society – and for their own organisations. How can museums, cultural spaces and curatorial practices respond to these changes, and what role do they play in shaping a digital future for art? The discussion will highlight how artists around the world are responding to technological change – with visions that not only help us understand the future, but actively shape it.
