On-site hygiene & protection

We are happy that you are visiting our festival and would like to make your visit as carefree and pleasant as possible. Therefore we have developed a comprehensive hygiene and safety concept. This includes measures such as establishing safety distances via markings and barriers, safe routing, disinfection stations, the professional disinfection of all objects and equipment used before and after each visit, the regular ventilation of our rooms and the constant monitoring of these measures by our staff on site. By booking individual time slots, we also ensure that our space is never too crowded. Please adhere to the following rules so nothing will stand in the way of an unforgettable art experience.

PROVIDE PROOF

According to the currently valid regulation for the containment of the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Hamburg (https://www.hamburg.de/verordnung), visitors to exhibitions are not (or no longer) obliged to provide a negative rapid/PCR test or comparable proof. This requirement may change again, even during the event. We will always publish the current status here and, if possible, inform visitors in advance if proof is required.

WEAR A MASK

Wearing a medical mask covering your mouth and nose is compulsory in our exhibition area. This applies to both visitors and the VRHAM! team. You can find an overview of the medical masks permitted by regulation here.
Exceptions apply to

→ Children up to the age of 7. For children up to the age of 14, a simple mouth-nose covering is sufficient.

→ Persons for whom the wearing of a mask is not possible due to health restrictions or a disability; a written medical certificate or an identity card for the disabled is accepted as proof.

→ The temporary removal of the mouth-nose covering is also permitted for communication with severely disabled persons.

→ We must refuse entry to persons who refuse to wear a medical mask and do not fall under the listed exceptions.

Keep your distance

Please keep at least 1.5 m away from other people to reduce the risk of infection.
Of course, the distance requirement also applies in outdoor areas.

Provide your contact details

In order to be able to trace infection chains via the health authorities, we are obliged to document your contact details. For this purpose only, we record your name, home address and telephone number, including the date and time of your visit. Together with the contact details, we note whether you provided a test certificate. Your data will be submitted to the competent authority upon request. It will be deleted after the prescribed retention period of four weeks. We must refuse access to persons who do not consent to the collection of their contact data.

Be healthy

We have great confidence in the responsible behaviour of our visitors. Before you visit us: Do you have typical symptoms such as fever, cough, respiratory problems or loss of sense of smell/taste? If so, please go back home and call your family doctor or the Hamburger medical hotline on 116 117. Our event can also be attended digitally from home. You can find information about this here.

Our staff will be on hand to answer your questions and provide you with the best possible support during your visit. If you have any further questions in advance, please write to info@vrham.de.
