VRHAM! Digital & Immersive Art Biennale

Hamburg’s Festival for Virtual and Augmented Reality Enters Its Next Chapter in 2025. In its new format as an independent biennale, the VRHAM!
– Digital and Immersive Art Biennale will transform the Hamburg Oberhafenquartier into an international platform for art, technology, and
innovation from June 11 – 18 2025.

With its slogan “Rethink Art!”, VRHAM! will showcase visionary digital artworks and interactive installations offering fresh insights into contemporary art. With this new direction, VRHAM! positions itself as the world’s first curated biennale format to explore a different genre of digital art with each edition. Each edition will dedicate its theme to a specific genre, beginning with the fusion of visual arts and immersive technologies in 2025. In the following years, the focus is expected to shift to Dance & Performance (2027) and Film & Moving Image (2029).
